We welcome local churches to participate in this year's festival. There is no fee to set up, but all vendors must have a church affiliation.
12 x 12 spot on pavement (marked for your convenience).
June 12: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM & June 13: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Must be fully set up by 12:30 PM on Saturday, June 13.
No vehicles allowed in the vendor area after 12:30 PM.
Bring extension cords, lights, and tent weights (blocks, jugs, etc.).
Since we are on pavement, you must secure your tents with weights (cement blocks, gallon water jugs, etc.).
Grills and cookers are allowed. However, only silent generators are permitted to keep the focus on the music.
Once you have finished unloading, please move your vehicle to the Senior Center parking lot.
If you need to get supplies to your booth after the 12:30 PM vehicle cuto, transportation will be available to assist you.
Please keep your booth open and on-site until the event concludes.
